BALICOUNTRYHOUSE.COM reserves the rights to change, modify, add or remove portions of the Terms & Conditions under which our website is presented without your consent. Please check periodically for changes. Your continued use and/or access to our website following changes to this Terms & Conditions will mean that you accept those changes.

GOVERNING LAW
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Republic Indonesia.

RESERVATION
All reservation or enquiry will be replied within 2 x 24 hours. If the reservation is not confirmed, we will inform you regarding to the reservation.

PAYMENT
Down payment is required for every reservation confirmation, payment can be done by one of these methods:

• Credit Card: VISA, MASTER CARD
• Bank transfer.
• Cash Payment upon arrival is applicable for last minute booking or special requirement.

CONFIRMATION VOUCHER / CONFIRMATION SLIP
Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation voucher detailing all the reservation request by e-mail. Please print out this voucher and show it at the time of your check-in. We will also send a fax of the voucher directly to the respective villa.

CANCELLATION & REFUND
A USD 15 charge will apply if the cancellation notice is received after the reservation has completed, and we will refund to the same Credit Card used for the transaction.

During low season period
- A one-night room charge will apply if the cancellation notice is received within 7 days before the arrival date.
- In the event of No-Show, a full No-Show fee will be charged from the total room rate reserved, except when prior specific arrangements have been made.

During high season period
- If canceling 30 days before the arrival date, a one-night room charge will apply,
- If canceling 14 days or less to the arrival date, 50% of total room rate will apply,
- If canceling 7 days or less prior to the arrival date, full charges will apply,
- In the event of No-Show, a full No-Show fee will be charged from the total room rate reserved, except when prior specific arrangements have been made.
